DO THIS
For all you squatters out there, be you a powerlifter, OLY lifter, strongman, recreational lifter, bodybuilder, KB lifter, etc, I implore you to give this a go. Load up ~70% of your max and do 10 SETS of 5 REPS. Sounds like a lot and it is. I recently did this with 205 and while I can't say it was some big battle, I can say it was tough. I might try this with 225 next squat session and make it 10x6 instead.
