When I saw this on Mike's blog, I laughed. I have been doing this exact same thing for weeks now, only a good bit stricter, and have been calling them one armed barbell rows. After doing them for these past few weeks, I promise you ladies and gents, you want to do them. Leaves my shoulders sore in a great way.
